Whether for health, environmental or practical reasons, the <strong>JobRad <\/strong>scheme at Ursa-Chemie is being used extensively and is enjoying increasing popularity. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, this positive trend also brought with it a challenge: <strong>where can all these bicycles be parked safely and neatly?<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The solution came directly from within the company. Some colleagues had the idea of installing <strong>bicycle racks<\/strong> on the factory premises \u2013 with enough space for everyone who cycles to work. The proposal was <strong>immediately approved by management and quickly implemented.<\/strong>  <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The result is impressive:<br>The new bike racks not only offer functional parking facilities, but have also been fitted with eye-catching <strong>red scratch protection<\/strong>. This ensures that the paintwork on the frame remains undamaged, even when things get a little crowded. At the same time, the clear structure of the parking areas ensures greater order and clarity on the company premises.  <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>A small project with a big impact:<\/strong><br>The new bike racks symbolise what we value at Ursa-Chemie: <strong>initiative, short decision-making processes and good teamwork<\/strong>.
