Throughout the year, we offer regular courses designed to motivate people to exercise, try new things and \u2013 at the same time \u2013 do something for their body and mind. <\/p><\/div><div><p>Until now, we have often offered courses over a longer period of time. This year, however, we would like to break new ground: instead of a fixed programme, there will now be several courses spread throughout the year. <span class=\"apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><strong>Taster courses.<\/strong> This allows us to create space for variety, spark interest and lower the barrier to simply giving it a go. <\/p><\/div><div><p>Because one thing is clear: regular exercise or targeted balancing exercises cannot always be fitted into everyday working life \u2013 and even Ursa cannot make this possible for everyone. But what we can do is: <span class=\"apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><strong>create incentives<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"> <\/span>and<span class=\"apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><strong>Provide inspiration.<\/strong> Because sometimes all it takes is a little push to discover new exercise routines \u2013 or at least a moment of relaxation and togetherness. <\/p><\/div><div><p>Our last course was a<span class=\"apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><strong>Theraband training<\/strong>, once again in collaboration with our partners from<span class=\"apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><em>Human fitness.<\/em> Elastic bands offer many advantages: they enable joint-friendly strength training, promote mobility and flexibility, and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. They are also inexpensive, space-saving and versatile \u2013 ideal for beginners or for training in between.  <\/p><\/div><div><p>And let&#8217;s not forget: the social aspect is not neglected either. Training together, trying out new exercises and laughing at yourself sometimes \u2013 that creates bonds.
